I am wondering- what program do you use to keep track of these items?  What program are those charts from (is this something like Visio)?  This is a powerful process- I have heard it called &quot;telescoping&quot; yet I have not seen anyone actually do such a readable job of mapping out their process as you have here.Thanks,
