Might I suggest the site I designed during my job search when I outgrew my job search spreadsheet (this only took a few weeks to outgrow): http://www.JibberJobber.com. Think CRM (like salesforce, goldmine, ACT!, etc.) but without the sales jargon, focusing more on relationships and the job search process.
